Clause 1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 6b99 and to use any feature of the platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 6b99 may at any time request documentary evidence of your age and identity, including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by 6b99 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Clause 1.2

Geographic Scope

6b99 is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 6b99 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 6b99 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. If you access 6b99 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and must cease using the platform immediately upon becoming aware of any such restriction.

Clause 1.3

Self-Exclusion Status

You must not register or attempt to use 6b99 if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 6b99's responsible gaming tools or through any third-party responsible gaming programme. Clause 2.1

One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 6b99. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6b99 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void associated bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through duplicate account activity pending investigation. Players found to have operated multiple accounts in bad faith may be permanently banned from the platform.

Clause 2.2

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your 6b99 account, including your legal name, date of birth, phone number and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and recovery of any amounts paid out in error.

Clause 2.3

Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6b99 login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered phone number. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 6b99 customer support immediately at [email protected]. 6b99 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

6b99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. 6b99 reserves the right to add, remove or amend accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may be returned or held pending investigation. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's limits. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). 6b99 reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.

Clause 3.3

Transaction Finality

All deposit and withdrawal amounts are final once confirmed by 6b99. Confirmed transactions will not be reversed except in cases of clear technical error, fraud, or regulatory requirement. 6b99 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider. Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your 6b99 account — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and any other promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined deposit and bonus total. 6b99 reserves the right to amend bonus terms at any time; changes apply to newly claimed bonuses only.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse Policy

6b99 applies a zero-tolerance policy to bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotion terms, and using automated tools to generate bonus turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, 6b99 may void the bonus, recover any winnings derived from that bonus, and permanently close the account.

Clause 4.3

Promotion Eligibility

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all 6b99 promotions are available to registered players who have completed identity verification, made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, and whose accounts are in good standing. 6b99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse. Clause 5.1

Fraud and Misrepresentation

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your 6b99 account. This includes providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, initiating chargebacks on legitimate deposits, creating accounts for the purpose of money laundering, and misrepresenting your identity to claim bonuses. 6b99 cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement to investigate fraud. Funds identified as proceeds of fraud will be confiscated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 5.2

Collusion and Cheating

Collusion between players — including sharing information in live games to gain an unfair advantage, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or chip dumping — is strictly prohibited. The use of software tools designed to gain an unfair advantage, including betting bots or any tool that interacts with the 6b99 platform outside of normal gameplay, is also prohibited. 6b99 monitors gameplay patterns and may suspend accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

Clause 5.3

Unauthorised Platform Access

You must not attempt to access, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the 6b99 platform or its underlying systems. Automated tools that generate accounts, interact with the platform in bulk, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the normal operation of 6b99 constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Clause 6.1

Responsible Gaming Tools

6b99 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options to all registered players. These tools are accessible from your account settings. A player who activates self -exclusion will be prevented from accessing their account for the duration selected, and promotional communications will be suspended during that period. Clause 6.2

Protection of Minors

6b99 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. If you share a device with other household members, you are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access your 6b99 account. Always log out after each session and do not save your login credentials on shared devices. If 6b99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a minor has accessed or used an account, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Clause 7.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 6b99 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 6b99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 6b99 platform content without express written permission.

Clause 7.2

Third-Party Game Content

Games available on 6b99 are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All game content — including graphics, sound effects, RTP data and game mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. 6b99 acts solely as a distributor of such games and makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content. Disputes relating to the fairness or technical operation of a specific game should be directed to the relevant game studio in the first instance.

Clause 8.1

Platform Availability

6b99 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers may cause temporary interruptions. 6b99 will not be liable for losses — including lost bets, missed promotions or inability to access funds — arising directly or indirectly from platform downtime, provided that 6b99 has taken reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner.

Clause 8.2

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6b99 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if 6b99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 6b99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Clause 9.1

Right to Amend

6b99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 6b99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 6b99 platform following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

Clause 9.2

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 6b99 and the player agree to replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Clause 9.3

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to 6b99 customer support for resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days of being raised with customer support, it may be submitted to binding arbitration.
